Appointments:

- Once the complete coordinates requested at the final confirmation isn't sent by the customer,  the appointment won´t be considered and canceled automatically.

- Appointment reschedule / cancel minimum 48 Hours notice  in advance.

Cost service:

When our company booking an appointment for a customer it means a a time reserved to the customer, however if at the customer's location and we're unable to carry out the service for reasons not previously informed to Handyhelpservice, the established estimate/quotation will still be applied:
- an item didn't  arrive on time (minimum 24 hours notice)
- an item/system: is broken or doesnt belongs / not fit properly (minimum 24 hours notice)
